Over 14,000 CRNAs have taken or scheduled their Continued Professional Certification Assessment (CPCA)! If you are due to renew your certification in 2024 or 2025, make sure to schedule your assessment as soon as possible to ensure you can choose a date, time, and modality (in-person or online) you prefer.
CRNAs need to complete the CPCA no later than six-months prior to their certification renewal deadline to avoid increased fees.
The CPCA is a self-assessment, not a pass/fail exam. CRNAs who do not meet a set standard score in any of the four core domains areas assessed will be required to take at least one additional Class A credit focused on identified areas of weakness.
Additionally, Class A, Class B, and Core Modules are NOT required to be completed before you take the CPCA.
If you are eligible to take the CPCA, log into the NBCRNA Portal through the link below to apply and schedule your CPCA.
